Each month we will be featuring an IA employee giving everyone an opportunity to get to know all of the faces and minds that make up our company and provide you with the best possible software and customer service! For our first edition we are spotlighting a person that many feel they know well already, our Director of Customer Service, Sam. Sam has been with IA for over a year. During this time he has become very familiar with many teachers and administrators via GoTo Assist. Sam is one of IA’s most knowledgeable employees and there seems to be no problem that he cannot solve! In addition to helping our schools and faculty members with their questions and concerns, Sam also helps everyone at the office on a daily basis! We all rely heavily on Sam and are truly grateful to have such a dedicated coworker. So, without further ado, meet Sam!
